LUEN recommends that you should plan and follow this plan for your trailer maintenance so that your trailer can extend its life. Generally speaking, you should fully maintain your trailer every six months, but in daily life, some functional parts should also be checked frequently, and even every time you drive, you should check whether the function is intact.
The following is the maintenance plan recommended by LUEN, you can use it as a reference:
Couple: Check every trip.
Tires: Must be inflated before each trip, and need to be replaced when the tread is worn or the sidewall is cracked.
Wheels: Must be replaced when damaged.
Wheel bearings: Check once a year.
Brakes, surge brake actuators and solenoid valves: Check every trip, and maintain at least once a year.
Suspension: Check every trip.
Lights: Check every trip, and replace a pair if one of them no longer works.
