Tank trucks often transport some flammable and explosive oil products, and they are also a kind of dangerous goods transportation vehicles. Tank trucks must be made and pasted with warning signs in accordance with regulations. A notice board should be installed at the rear of the tanker or tank. The name and type of the dangerous goods, the volume of the tank, the maximum load quality, the rescue method, and the telephone number of the enterprise shall be installed on the notice board; "Or "explosive" text; stick reflective tape on the rear and both sides of the tanker or tank body. For tank trucks that can carry two or more types of dangerous goods, notice boards should be made for each type of dangerous goods and used accordingly. The notice board is pluggable. Tanks and tank trucks shall be inspected by the quality supervision department, and relevant practitioners shall receive training. Enterprises engaged in the transportation of road dangerous goods shall update and improve the safety production management system, improve the emergency response plan for road dangerous goods transportation accidents, and inspect, supplement, rectify, and submit for inspection of tank trucks and equipment. The technical level of the tanker truck should meet the requirements of the first-class car, and the tank truck's sign lights, sign plates, front and rear bumpers should be printed with yellow and black or red and white diagonal stripes. Tank trucks should be equipped with operating status recording devices and necessary communication tools, namely GPS. In addition, it is necessary to install the corresponding heat insulation, static electricity, cut off the power supply and other devices.

Due to the particularity of the transported materials, the safety requirements for the transportation of tank trucks are strict, and the following requirements should mainly be met:

② Reliable grounding devices and protection devices that form a static conductive path between the tank truck and the liquid receiving equipment should be provided during operation.

③Attention should be paid to the metal pipeline between two points and the connection between the pipeline and the tank, the chassis and the tank should have a static conductive sheet, between any two points of the pipeline or any point to the ground or any point on the internal static conductive part of the tank The path resistance at both ends of the hose to the ground should meet the requirements of GJB406 (that is, not more than 50Ω).

④The electrical components and conductors should be connected reliably, with good shielding and explosion-proof measures.

⑥The exhaust pipe of the engine of the fuel tanker has a front-mounted structure, so it should be equipped with a fireproof cap during use to prevent accidents. Fuel trucks must also be equipped with fire extinguishers as a necessary safety measure.
