skeleton semi-trailers, as a lightweight means of transport, are primarily used to carry one or more standardised freight containers. These sea containers are a key element in the intermodal transport system, as they can be loaded on board a vessel for sea transport, efficiently unloaded by cranes, and then flexibly moved using a variety of equipment, such as forklifts, empty container handlers, reach stackers or straddle carriers, and ultimately transported overland by trucks or trailers.
In view of the diverse sizes of sea containers, the loading safety points have been carefully designed to ensure that they can provide solid support for specific sizes of containers, but also achieve versatility in multiple locations, thus meeting the loading needs of different sizes of containers and ensuring the safety and efficiency of the transport process.
LUEN sells skeleton trailers at factory prices, which can be applied to the transport of 20, 40, 45 and 48 inch containers.
